Who is responsible

What I collect

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and, optionally, your first name, plus the page you signed up from and the time.
• Contact and partnership forms: the details you enter (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, LinkedIn URL, budget range, message).
• Technical data: if analytics is enabled, anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) via Google Analytics or similar tools. IP addresses are anonymised where the tool allows.
• Cookies: this site sets no cookies of its own. Third-party analytics or embedded tools may set cookies according to their own policies.

Why I collect it

• To send you the newsletter you asked for and the resources you requested.
• To reply to enquiries and deliver services or partnerships you request.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Consent (newsletter, resources), performance of a contract or pre-contract steps (enquiries, services), and legitimate interest (site security and analytics).

Where data is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored on the site's hosting server and emailed to me. If I use an email marketing provider to send the newsletter, your email address is stored with that provider under its own privacy terms. I do not sell personal data. I share it only with service providers necessary to run the site and newsletter, or if required by law.

Affiliate links and sponsors

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for records, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, at any time by writing to shiblysadikhq@gmail.com. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is intended for adults and professionals. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
